Wellbeing at Work

Introduction

Creating the conditions for employees to thrive and perform to their potential benefits not only those individuals but the teams, companies, families, communities and the society in which they live and operate.

By better understanding stress and anxiety we can be better equipped to recognise triggers and spot the early warning signs of burnout, in ourselves and others.

My workshops go beyond just sharing information. Individuals will feel empowered to take more control over maintaining and improving their wellbeing, with a toolbox of skills to help them manage periods of higher stress or anxiety and develop greater resilience in challenging situations.

Workshops are designed to the bespoke needs of the organisation and are engaging, practical and interactive for the attendees.

Services & programmes

  • Conducted face-to-face, these sessions are a relaxed way of opening the dialogue on a range of mental health and wellbeing topics. Attendees are encouraged to contribute to the discussion, whilst increasing their knowledge and skills.

  • Webinars can be a great way to reach a large or dispersed audience, since they can be recorded and employees can catch-up in their own time. Webinars aim to both increase knowledge and awareness whilst sharing top tips and practical skills.

  • More in-depth training, suitable for smaller teams or groups of employees on a particular topic. They will leave with a much deeper understanding and a range of tools and techniques to support them to thrive.

  • Sometimes we learn best by doing! Shorter, practical sessions on topics such as mindfulness, breath work, relaxation and meditation. Attendees often report an immediate decrease in their levels of stress!

  • An individual approach, these sessions are confidential and completely tailored to the individual’s needs, incorporating a range of techniques including cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness and coaching.

  • Whether it’s designing a wellbeing strategy from scratch or a bespoke wellbeing programme, I can work with your HR teams and managers to devise a solution which meets the needs of the business and its employees.
